    when I saw the phrase 'ketchup moment', I didn't know what it meant, and it still isn't clear what it means.

    I think it means: trying to make something happen for a long time, and then when that thing does happen, it happens way more than you wanted it to happe.

    I had an artisan salsa picante moment today, i.e. when you really want something to happen (like sauce to come out) and it doesn't. At all.
